Haere mai! to Tairawhiti REAP, Computers in Home's new delivery partner, to Irirangi Te Kani, the new Coordinator and to Ani Pahuru-Huriwai, the Tumuaki/Executive Director of Tairawhiti REAP.
Irirangi Te Kani is the Local Program Coordinator for Computers in Homes and the Kaitakawaenga/ Facilitator of Engaging Priority Families Education Program at Tairawhiti REAP. Mother of 2 girls and 1 grand daughter she has an avid belief in educational opportunity for all. She is excited about the potential that Computers in Homes provides for families to learn together in this ever changing digital world we live in.
Ani Pahuru-Huriwai is the Tumuaki/ Executive Director of Tairawhiti REAP. Mama of three, she lives in Wharekahika (Hicks Bay) on the East Cape and is passionate about rural education. Ani sees Computers in Homes as a vehicle to close the digital divide that exists for many whanau in the Tairawhiti region and particularly those who are rurally isolated.
